The medical and dental software that covers your whole clinic workflow
Every WolfMEDIC module shares the same information — what gets scheduled is what gets attended, documented and billed.
Clinical records with dedicated modules for each specialty
Not a generic form: each specialty has its own consultation structure, clinical scales and consents. Dentistry, for example, includes dedicated roles for periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics and oral surgery.
Scheduling and shifts
Book appointments by specialist and site, confirm by phone or WhatsApp, and organize the shift schedule separating regular from extra shifts. The calendar lets you block and unblock time slots without losing the traceability of every change.
Interactive clinical records
Specialty-specific modules — not a generic form — with clinical scales for each area (for example INFANIB in Neonatology and Pediatrics), an odontogram, and informed consents tied to each procedure.
Treatment plans
Plans with progress notes, per-label consents and supplies linked to each procedure, with its own kárdex so you never lose traceability of the inventory used.
Kárdex and inventory
Supply movements per site with a full history, so you always know what was used, when and in which treatment.
Billing, receivables and RIPS
Electronic invoicing, credit notes and receivables integrated with the schedule, plus generation and download of RIPS (Individual Health Service Delivery Records) ready for the Ministry of Health's SISPRO portal (Resolution 2275 of 2023).
IHCE/RDA
Configuration of the Digital Care Summary (Resolution 1888 of 2025) per site, with a simulation environment to test the full flow before going live, and RETHUS integration.
Multi-site
Each site with its own settings, REPS enablement code, shift schedule and specialist catalog — all under a single account.
Users, roles and permissions
Define what each role can see and do: reception, physician, administrator. Every user sees only what their role needs.
Cybersecurity
Robust authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, and an inactivity session timeout configurable per IPS — backed by WolfGIS, a cybersecurity company.
